Arc Raiders Saltwalker Outfit Guide: Unlock Requirements and Location (2 อ่าน)
18 มิ.ย. 2569 10:43
If you’ve been diving Topside lately in ARC Raiders, you’ve probably seen players running around in the rugged, nomad-style Saltwalker Outfit. It’s easily one of the coolest cosmetic rewards tied to the Forgotten Relics event track, and the best part is that the base version is actually pretty straightforward to get.
Here is a quick, no-nonsense guide on exactly what you need to do to unlock the Saltwalker Outfit, where to hunt for the event loot, and how to grab the extra pieces to complete the full set.
The Base Unlock Requirements
To unlock the base Saltwalker Outfit, you need to earn 150 Merits in the event track.
The game awards you 1 Merit for every 100 XP you successfully bank during your raids. That means you need to rack up a total of 15,000 XP and successfully extract. You build up this XP by doing what you normally do: looting, smashing ARC machines, or taking out rival raiders. You also get a nice boost by successfully extracting with specific nomadic supplies and trinkets.
Because item spawns rely entirely on RNG (random number generation), you can't just drop into one specific room and expect to find every single item waiting for you. However, the event does push the community to explore specific zones to hand in supplies for a massive, server-wide effort called the Converging Paths Project.
Unlocking the Full Saltwalker Set
The good news is that the baseSaltwalker Outfit sits at the very first reward tier (150 Merits), so you’ll unlock it fairly early in the grind. If you want the complete look, though, you’ll need to keep farming XP and hitting higher milestones:
150 Merits: Base Saltwalker Outfit
450 Merits: Speaker Bag Customization
750 Merits: Custom Sleeve
Bonus Community Rewards: Keep an eye on the overarching, multi-stage Converging Paths community project. If the player base manages to finish it before the season wraps up, everyone walks away with an exclusive Red-Black Saltwalker Outfit variant and a Sextant backpack charm.
Where to Find the Best Event Loot
While you can’t force specific items to spawn, you can definitely improve your odds by targeting the right containers and zones based on what you need to turn in.
Common & Uncommon Trinkets (Train Models, Vintage Steering Wheels, Air Fresheners): Don't overthink these. Your best bet is to hit up Residential and Commercial areas. Slow down and thoroughly search every locker, cupboard, shelf, and drawer you pass.
Rare & Epic Trinkets (Tellurion, Elephant Obelisk): These are a bit more stubborn. You’ll want to head into high-value, highly contested zones like the Spaceport. Riskier areas mean better loot, so focus heavily on drawers and shelves in these spots.
ARC Loot (Thermo Linings, ARC Coolant): If you need machine parts, you have to go hunting. These drop directly from mid-tier ARC enemies, so keep an eye out for Comets, Fireballs, Pops, and Surveyors.
Load up, keep your eyes on the extraction points, and good luck out there Topside! Let me know in the comments how far along the Merit track you are.
